Victory Giant Technology, a key supplier of high-density interconnect PCBs for AI servers, is reportedly expanding its operations into Hong Kong to bolster its logistics or corporate footprint.

Context

Chinese PCB manufacturer Victory Giant Technology is preparing for a major Hong Kong listing expected to raise over $2 billion as early as April 2026. This move follows the company's formal application to the HKEx in August 2025, marking a significant "A+H" dual-listing strategy. The expansion into Hong Kong is designed to fund international R&D and support the company's explosive growth in the AI server market, where it currently ranks first globally by sales revenue for AI computing PCBs. As a critical Tier 1 supplier for NVIDIA, Victory Giant Technology has seen its valuation surge to approximately 255 billion yuan on the A-share market. The company reported a massive 339.2% year-over-year net profit increase in Q1 2025, reaching 921 million yuan. This financial performance is driven by its specialized production of high-end HDI and MLPCBs for H-series AI accelerators. The Hong Kong footprint, alongside new automated facilities in Vietnam and acquisitions in Singapore, solidifies its role as a primary infrastructure provider for the global AI supply chain.
