Micron receives second taiwanese grant for AI memory chip R&D

Micron reportedly received a US$150 million grant from Taiwan for a three-year research project focused on AI memory chips, specifically HBM. This is Micron's second R&D grant from Taiwan, bringing its total to NT$9.4 billion since 2021.
