Analog Devices (ADI) showcased a demonstration of Integrated Sensing and Communications (ISAC) technology, a fusion of communication and sensing expected to be introduced with 6G, at the Microwave Exhibition 2025.

Context

Analog Devices showcased advanced 6G-related technologies, including Integrated Sensing and Communications (ISAC), at the Microwave/IMS exhibition held from June 17-19, 2025. This demonstration highlights ADI's commitment to next-generation wireless infrastructure, with ISAC identified as a crucial enabler for future applications such as autonomous driving, smart cities, and industrial automation. The demonstrations featured a 6G FR3 OTA front-end capable of upconverting modulated IF signals to 7.1 GHz. Additionally, ADI presented RadioVerse transceivers supporting 7.1 GHz bandwidth and 8 Tx/Rx channels, alongside high-speed digitizers offering up to 5 GSPS per channel across a 0.1–20 GHz frequency range. These capabilities underscore Analog Devices' role in developing the foundational components for the evolving 6G ecosystem.
