Jensen Huang hosts Taiwan banquet to secure Rubin platform mass production, with TSMC, Delta, and MediaTek in attendance
Jensen Huang is reportedly hosting a "trillion-dollar banquet" in Taiwan, inviting key supply chain partners like TSMC, Delta, and MediaTek. The event's focus is to ensure the smooth mass production and implementation of the NVIDIA Rubin generation AI platform across the entire process, packaging, and system supply chain. Huang is also expected to visit Taiwan in late January 2026 to attend NVIDIA Taiwan's year-end party and visit supply chain partners, following the official announcement of the Rubin platform at CES 2026. This visit emphasizes system-level computing and AI factory concepts, requiring advanced manufacturing and packaging. TSMC remains central to this strategy. Additionally, the NVIDIA/MediaTek N1/N1x AI PC chip, manufactured on TSMC's N3B process, is expected to begin mass production in late May, with Dell as the initial launch brand.
