Nikon introduces new KrF lithography system with 80% higher throughput and dual-wafer support

Nikon has launched a new KrF lithography system, its first refresh in 19 years. The new model offers approximately 80% higher throughput than its predecessor and supports both 200mm and 300mm wafers on a single platform.
