Asahi Kasei develops GaN HEMT technology with doubled breakdown voltage and lower resistance

Asahi Kasei has achieved a technical breakthrough in Gallium Nitride (GaN) High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMTs), more than doubling the breakdown voltage performance while simultaneously reducing electrical resistance.
