Samsung accelerates development of LPDDR6-PIM memory for edge AI

Samsung Electronics is reportedly accelerating the development of its next-generation LPDDR6-PIM (Processing-in-Memory) memory technology specifically for the edge AI sector, with a goal to establish the standard by the end of the year.
