Micron plans $24 billion NAND fab and $7 billion HBM packaging plant in Singapore

Micron plans to invest $24 billion in a new NAND flash memory fab in Singapore, with production expected by 2028. Currently, 98% of Micron's NAND chips are made in Singapore, where it is also constructing a $7 billion HBM packaging plant for 2027 production.
