Amazon's Trainium 3 chips, manufactured by Alchip on a 3nm process, are reportedly entering mass production in Q2 2026. Alchip is also seeing increasing demand for its 5nm ADAS chips for Chinese NEV manufacturers and secured new networking ASIC projects in North America.
