TSMC is expected to maintain high production capacity through 2026 due to strong demand for AI core chips from AMD, Intel, and NVIDIA. The company's 3nm and 5nm supply is tight, and TSMC is expanding its 3nm capacity at Fab 18, Phase 9. Intel's new Core Ultra (Panther Lake) with AI acceleration units will be a test for its 18A process, with its GPU and I/O dies manufactured on TSMC's N3E and N6 processes. TSMC is also reportedly piloting its A14 process at Hsinchu Baoshan P3 fab and a CoPoS experimental line.
