Samsung Foundry reportedly secures xAI contract, orders three EUV tools for Taylor fab

Reports indicate that Samsung Foundry has finalized a contract with xAI for chip production. The deal reportedly includes ordering three EUV lithography tools to be used for xAI's production at Samsung's Taylor, Texas fabrication facility.
