NVIDIA will invest over 40 billion TWD to construct its new Taiwan headquarters in the Beitou Shilin Science Park, with construction expected to begin by mid-year. The agreement with the Taipei City Government grants NVIDIA a 50-year land use right, with an option for a 20-year extension, and involves a royalty payment of 12.2 billion TWD. The project is expected to create over 10,000 jobs.
