On March 25, 2026, Lasertec Corporation was named a recipient of the 2026 Intel EPIC Supplier Award, marking the second consecutive year the company has achieved this distinction. Lasertec was one of only 41 suppliers globally to receive the award, which recognizes top-tier performance across Intel’s supply chain of thousands of vendors. Specifically, Lasertec was honored for Excellence in EUV Mask Technology Development, a critical component for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
This recognition is significant as it underscores the strategic partnership between Intel and Lasertec despite historical short-seller allegations regarding the reliability of Lasertec’s ACTIS EUV inspection tools.
