Hut 8 announced a partnership with Anthropic and Fluidstack to develop up to 2,295 MW of AI data center capacity, starting with 245 MW at its River Bend, Louisiana, campus. The initial 15-year triple-net lease has a value of $7.0 billion, with the deal being financially backstopped by Google, and financing underwritten by J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs; the first data hall is expected by Q2 2027.
