ASE subsidiary SPIL investing US$3.2 billion in new advanced packaging campus in Taiwan

SPIL, a subsidiary of ASE, is developing a 5-plant advanced semiconductor packaging campus in Changhwa, Taiwan. The project is valued at NT$100 billion (US$3.2 billion) and is expected to be fully operational by 2027.
