Taiwanese electronics assembly company Pegatron anticipates triple-digit growth in its AI server division for the current year. This expansion is driven by the shipment of servers based on Nvidia GB200 and GB300 architectures, alongside various ASIC-based server projects.
Context
Pegatron has projected triple-digit growth for its AI server division in 2026, marking a major strategic shift toward high-performance computing. Executives confirmed at their year-end banquet that this surge is fueled by massive demand for Nvidia’s Blackwell architecture, specifically the GB200 and next-generation GB300 server racks. The company expects these advanced systems to dominate its revenue mix as global cloud providers aggressively scale their AI data center infrastructure.
To support this rapid expansion, Pegatron is localizing production with a new facility in Texas scheduled for mass production in March 2026. This site will complement existing operations in Mexico that specialize in liquid-cooled racks, helping the firm bypass supply chain bottlenecks and mitigate geopolitical risks. In addition to GPU-based systems, Pegatron is ramping up shipments of custom ASIC servers to meet the specialized needs of enterprise clients during this unprecedented hardware cycle.
