ASUS has achieved its target of 100 billion NTD in server revenue ahead of schedule, driven by high demand for AI infrastructure. The company reported that servers now account for approximately 20% of its total revenue, doubling year-over-year in Q3 2025. ASUS is among the first to ship B300 and GB300 AI servers and has established a global flexible manufacturing network to support future growth in the sector.
Context
ASUS has reached its NT$100 billion server revenue target ahead of schedule, driven by a strategic pivot toward high-performance AI infrastructure. The company reported record full-year 2025 revenue of NT$738.91 billion, marking a 26% year-over-year increase. This growth was fueled by the "All in AI" initiative, which saw the server division’s contribution to total sales rise to 20%, far surpassing the company's original estimates of 10-15%.
The surge is primarily attributed to a 100% year-over-year increase in server sales during the third quarter of 2025, supported by the early shipment of B300 and GB300 AI servers. By leveraging a flexible global manufacturing network and over 2,200 service centers, ASUS is positioning itself as a key supplier in the AI-driven industrial shift. Looking toward 2026, the company has implemented a three-year strategic plan to scale its enterprise business and sustain its momentum within the global semiconductor supply chain.
