The company's full-year 2025 consolidated revenue was NT$60.598 billion, a 3.24% year-over-year decrease, but stable at approximately $1.947 billion in USD. GlobalWafers expects record sales from its Niigata, Utsunomiya, and Denmark subsidiaries in 2025, driven by niche products like GaN. The company is optimistic about demand from AI, high-speed computing, silicon photonics, and power management for high-end silicon and SOI wafers, and is actively developing square wafers and 12-inch SiC.
