Fadu has secured a 47 billion won order for enterprise SSD products from Taiwan-based distributor Macnica Galaxy.

Context

Fadu has secured a landmark 47 billion won supply contract with Taiwan’s Macnica Galaxy for finished enterprise SSDs, marking the largest single order in the company’s history. This agreement is a significant upward revision of a previous 21.5 billion won deal, reflecting both increased supply volumes and rising market prices for storage components. The contract value notably exceeds Fadu’s entire annual revenue for 2024 of 43.5 billion won, signaling a major operational turnaround for the data center specialist. Financially, 50% of the contract amount is scheduled for payment in March 2026, with the remaining balance to be recognized as revenue in the second half of the year. Combined with a separate 20.3 billion won controller order earlier this month, Fadu has already secured 67.3 billion won in new business for 2026. Driven by surging demand from AI data centers, the company is now expected to return to profitability as early as the first quarter of 2026.
