Context
Palantir Technologies delivered blockbuster results for the quarter ending December 2025, with total revenue surging 70% year-over-year to $1.41 billion. This performance was primarily underpinned by an acceleration in military and intelligence demand, as U.S. government revenue grew 66% to $570 million. High-profile contracts, such as a $448 million U.S. Navy deal to modernize shipbuilding supply chains, have solidified the company's role in providing mission-critical infrastructure through its Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP).
The company’s U.S. commercial segment emerged as an equally powerful growth engine, jumping 137% to $507 million as enterprise adoption of AIP shifted from pilot programs to full-scale deployment. For the full fiscal year 2025, Palantir generated $4.475 billion in total revenue, marking a 56% increase. Management has issued a robust 2026 revenue target of up to $7.20 billion, signaling a transition into a high-margin, hyper-growth phase at the center of the global AI supply chain.
