SK Hynix completes 1a DRAM process transition at Wuxi fab and accelerates 1c conversion

SK Hynix has completed the transition of its DRAM manufacturing process from the 1z node to the 1a node at its Wuxi, China facility. The company is also reportedly accelerating the conversion to the more advanced 1c process node.
