Tata Consultancy Services is collaborating with AMD to integrate Ryzen, EPYC, and Instinct processors into its enterprise computing solutions for global customers.
Context
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced a strategic partnership with AMD on January 14, 2026, to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and modernize hybrid cloud environments. Under the agreement, TCS will integrate AMD EPYC processors and AMD Instinct accelerators into its global enterprise solutions, targeting the transition of AI projects from pilot phases to large-scale production. The collaboration also spans AMD Ryzen client solutions and embedded technologies for edge computing, with a specific focus on sectors like life sciences, manufacturing, and financial services.
The deal highlights AMD’s growing footprint in the data center market, where the company now holds nearly 40% share in CPUs and has seen its revenue grow 32% to $32 billion over the last year. For TCS, which already generates $1.5 billion in annualized revenue from AI services, the pact leverages its workforce of 590,000 professionals to deploy high-performance computing at scale. As AMD’s valuation reaches approximately $361 billion, this alliance positions both firms to capture rising demand for full-stack AI infrastructure in the global enterprise sector.
